Timing and approvals
The start date and first delivery date are confirmed after payment, completed intake, usable assets and account access. Aim to return consolidated feedback within 3 business days of a batch. Silence is not approval unless an explicit trusted-publishing arrangement is accepted.
If something is delayed
We identify the missing information or access and adjust the schedule. Unused monthly capacity does not automatically roll over; any exception must be agreed in writing.
